Searching for Recipes in Gale's General OneFile

a) Perform a subject search for “recipes”. You will get tens of thousands of results. Remember to check each of the tabs for results.

To limit your search, let’s say, to dessert recipes, select “subjects” from the drop-down box in the left-hand search column and click on the “desserts” heading.

b) To listen to a broadcast of an interview about recipes, click the multimedia document type tab. Once you select a document you will see a hyperlink to the broadcast.
